- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex claims
- Stay updated on VA policies and federal healthcare legislation
- Generate weekly reports on claim processing metrics
Qualifications
- US citizenship required (federal position)
- 3+ years experience in healthcare claims processing
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of 38 CFR regulations
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Active security clearance preferred
- Experience with veterans' healthcare systems a plus
