As a Federal Client Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for federal personnel, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to federal clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and update client records in secure federal databases with 100% accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate scheduling for federal meetings and internal briefings.

Qualifications
