- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership and federal oversight bodies
- Monitor emerging regulatory changes and assess organizational impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in federal compliance or healthcare regulation
- Knowledge of HIPAA, VA regulations, and CMS compliance standards
- Valid federal security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficiency in compliance management software (e.g., ComplyAssistant)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
