Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with federal regulations (CFR, OMB guidelines)
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for program integrity
- Develop standardized compliance protocols and training materials

- Prepare detailed compliance reports for agency leadership
- Stay current on regulatory changes through continuous education
- Represent the agency in compliance reviews with oversight bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance/regulatory experience
- Active Federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., FedTracker, Maximo)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Knowledge of Veterans Affairs regulations preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
