Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (VA, HIPAA, OMB) across healthcare operations
- Conduct compliance audits and prepare detailed regulatory reports
- Develop and implement standardized compliance protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of federal compliance experience in healthcare
- Active VA or federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of VA regulations and OMB guidelines
- Proficient in compliance management software (e.g., LogicGate, RSA Archer)
