Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (VA, OMB, and DoD standards)
- Conduct audits and risk assessments for veteran benefit programs
- Develop and implement compliance protocols across departments
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory updates and policy changes
- Train staff on compliance procedures and ethical standards
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for leadership review
- Manage vendor contracts and procurement documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficiency in federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experience with GSA Schedule contracts preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive veteran data with confidentiality
