Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years experience in federal compliance or auditing
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations (CFR, FAR, VA policies)
- Proficiency in compliance management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
