Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, from initiation and award through closeout and final reporting.
- Ensure strict adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific compliance policies.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contract modifications, amendments, and addendums.
- Communicate effectively with government stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to resolve contract disputes.
- Monitor contract performance metrics and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date contract files and documentation systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience in a government contracting environment).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract administration or federal procurement.
- Strong working knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
