Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of federal contracts (solicitation to closeout) per FAR/DFARS standards
- Coordinate with government agencies (DOD, DHS, VA) for RFP responses and negotiations
- Ensure subcontractor compliance and vendor performance monitoring
- Maintain accurate contract documentation in GSA eMOD and FPDS systems
- Analyze financial terms and pricing structures for cost-effectiveness
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for contract deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years federal contract management experience with DOD/VA contracts
- CPCM or CFCM certification required
- Expert knowledge of FAR Part 15, DFARS 252.215-7000, and TINA principles
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and SAM.gov reporting systems
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Procurement or equivalent experience
