Responsibilities
- Manage federal procurement contracts ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations
- Coordinate with multiple government agencies and subcontractors
- Review and negotiate contract terms, deliverables, and payment schedules
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audit compliance
- Support contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout
- Collaborate with finance teams on daily payment processing
- Conduct market research for cost-effective solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of federal contracting experience (FAR/DFARS knowledge)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and other federal procurement systems
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- U.S. citizenship required
