Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming federal contract documentation, correspondence, and requisitions with high accuracy.
- Coordinate complex schedules and meetings for federal clients and internal project teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal procurement guidelines, compliance protocols, and agency standards.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in secure government databases.
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders at various levels, from junior staff to senior agency officials.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and status updates for federal oversight committees.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: United States Citizenship is mandatory for all federal positions.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Public Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, contract management, or government contracting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and federal case management software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a standard background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
