Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats across federal networks using advanced SIEM tools
- Develop and implement incident response protocols for cyberattacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on federal systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NIST and FISMA standards
- Create detailed security reports for senior leadership and congressional committees
- Train federal employees on cybersecurity best practices and threat awareness

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with federal systems
- Active CISSP, Security+, or CEH certification required
