Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (HIPAA, FISMA) and documentation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries and data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation processes and quality control measures
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests for congressional briefings and program evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (or equivalent BI tool experience)
- Deep understanding of healthcare data systems and federal reporting requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to regulatory compliance
