Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support federal policy formulation and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy makers and IT specialists, to interpret data trends.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data privacy regulations and security protocols.
- Write technical documentation and reports to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Active Top Secret (TS) or Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
