Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to support federal program evaluation and policy analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to present data trends to stakeholders.
- Ensure all data analysis processes adhere to federal compliance standards, including FISMA and NIST guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize analytical findings and recommendations for leadership.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, methodologies, and code repositories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or a government contracting environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Power BI).
- Familiarity with federal security protocols and the ability to obtain a Public Trust or Secret clearance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into clear, non-technical language.
