Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal datasets to support border security operations
- Develop automated reporting systems for real-time decision-making
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to identify emerging trends
- Maintain strict compliance with federal data privacy regulations (HIPAA/FERPA)
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive dashboards
- Lead cross-functional data quality improvement initiatives
- Support emergency response operations with rapid data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of federal government data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Certification in federal data management (e.g., DAWIA)
- Experience with CBP/ICE databases preferred
- Expert knowledge of 42 CFR Part 2 compliance
- Proven ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
