Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex federal datasets to support program evaluation and strategic planning.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau to present findings to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain strict adherence to federal compliance standards and data security protocols (FISMA/NIST).
- Prepare detailed technical reports and briefings for senior stakeholders and government clients.
- Perform data quality assurance checks and troubleshoot data integrity issues.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast future trends based on historical data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or government data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and federal reporting requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
