Role Overview:
As a Federal Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets, ensuring data governance, and providing actionable insights to federal stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and security of sensitive information while driving strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and perform ETL processes on large-scale federal datasets.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data models.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries for leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis within the federal sector.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with government data classification and privacy standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred.
