Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable intelligence for defense operations
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R for real-time reporting
- Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations for senior leadership and congressional briefings
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, HIPAA, NIST) and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to integrate data from multiple classified and unclassified sources
- Optimize data processing workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce analytical latency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets or government projects
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Active security clearance eligibility or ability to obtain Secret clearance within 30 days
- Deep understanding of federal data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
