Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large volumes of data from various federal and internal sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and trend forecasting to identify patterns and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security protocols, compliance standards (FISMA), and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to senior leadership and government officials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal sector or a government contractor environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Optimization) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
