Responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to federal policy.
- Develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data privacy regulations and security protocols (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate raw data into actionable business intelligence.
- Prepare detailed reports and technical documentation for government auditors and senior leadership.
- Maintain and update database systems to support ongoing federal projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government data analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation.
- Experience with federal reporting frameworks and knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis methods and data modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
