As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of data used to drive critical government decision-making. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex data requirements into robust analytical solutions.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale datasets from diverse federal sources and internal systems.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Write clear, concise reports and presentations summarizing complex data findings for non-technical audiences.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data privacy regulations (FISMA, NIST) and security protocols.
- Partner with program managers to define data requirements and optimize business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience performing data analysis within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for advanced analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
