Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Perform statistical modeling and predictive analysis to support program outcomes and policy decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with federal security standards and reporting protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal review and external regulatory audits.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve system performance and data retrieval efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain one) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST) and federal reporting requirements.
