Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify security threats and operational patterns
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for senior leadership using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards including FISMA and NIST protocols
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support counter-terrorism and border security initiatives
- Present findings to federal stakeholders with clear, concise visualizations and executive summaries
- Maintain security clearances and adhere to strict data confidentiality requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Deep understanding of federal data regulations and security protocols
- Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for presenting to federal leadership
