Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco systems and cloud platforms
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive municipal data
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for city departments
- Lead system integration projects across 50+ city agencies
- Document IT policies and create training materials for staff
- Collaborate with vendors on hardware/software procurement
- Monitor system performance and implement disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Certification in Cisco networking (CCNP) or CompTIA Security+
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services
- Strong knowledge of NIST cybersecurity frameworks
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
