Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise network infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols
- Design and implement cloud migration strategies for state agencies
- Lead system integration projects using Agile methodologies
- Provide technical guidance to 15+ department stakeholders
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct quarterly drills
- Monitor system performance using Splunk and SolarWinds
- Coordinate with federal compliance teams for FISMA requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years experience in enterprise IT infrastructure
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019 and Active Directory
- Proven project management with PMP certification preferred
- Experience with state government procurement processes
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
