Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for federal compliance reporting
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for government stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data integrity across multiple federal databases and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support federal program objectives
- Prepare comprehensive data reports for regulatory compliance and decision-making
- Stay current with federal data security protocols and privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal or government data
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis tools (R, SAS)
- Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal data standards (FISMA, FedRAMP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with sensitive government data under strict confidentiality
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
