Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets using SQL and Python.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct advanced data modeling and statistical analysis to support policy development and resource allocation.
- Ensure all data reporting complies with federal regulations and security standards (FISMA/FedRAMP).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the Federal Government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and security protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
