Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau for stakeholder reporting
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise visualizations and executive summaries
- Implement data quality frameworks to maintain accuracy across mission-critical systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of FISMA, HIPAA, and other federal data regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with geospatial analysis and border security datasets
