Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support federal program evaluation and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation processes and adherence to federal data standards (e.g., OMB Circular A-123).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy analysts and IT specialists, to define data requirements and technical specifications.
- Generate complex reports and statistical analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain documentation for data pipelines, processes, and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or a government contracting environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust or Secret security clearance is required.
