Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks proactively.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and contract requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within the government or public sector.
- PMP or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearance.
