Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure FISMA compliance and data protection.
- Provide advanced Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade systems and implement new technologies.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and security assessments.
- Document system configurations, processes, and incident reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent military/government experience).
- 5+ years of experience in federal or state government IT environments.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and incident response procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
