Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of federal and state IT projects, ensuring strict compliance with FISMA and DFARS standards.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with external stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including risk assessment, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment on organizational goals.
- Oversee the integration of legacy systems with modern cloud-based platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a government or public sector environment.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to secure and manage federal contracts (e.g., FAR, SAM).
