Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate federal datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support executive decision-making.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate complex data insights.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and data governance standards.
- Perform data mining and trend analysis to identify emerging patterns and operational risks.
- Document data processes and create technical specifications for data systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Deep understanding of federal data standards (e.g., DFARS, FISMA) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
