Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and develop interactive data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FedRAMP, NIST, and OMB guidelines.
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Optimize database queries and data pipelines to improve system performance and reporting speed.
- Perform quality assurance on data models to ensure integrity and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality standards, and federal data architectures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
