Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and input raw data into federal databases and reporting systems with a focus on 100% accuracy.
- Assist senior analysts in interpreting complex datasets and preparing detailed reports for agency stakeholders.
- Maintain strict adherence to federal security protocols and data privacy regulations (NIST, FISMA).
- Perform routine quality assurance checks to identify and correct errors in data entry and processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data visualization tools and summary dashboards.
- Update and maintain master data files to ensure currency and relevance.
- Support audit readiness by organizing and archiving data logs and documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies in large volumes of data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (if applicable to the specific role).
- Willingness to undergo a background investigation and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
