Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate federal datasets to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to support policy-making and operational efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for senior leadership and federal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ITAR, DFARS, and other federal security regulations during data handling.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex data requirements into analytical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
