Responsibilities
- Assist in program implementation and compliance monitoring for veteran services initiatives
- Prepare accurate documentation, reports, and correspondence using federal guidelines
- Coordinate stakeholder communications including internal teams and external partners
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for program performance metrics
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve service delivery outcomes
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records in accordance with federal protocols
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback and analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background investigation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Basic knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.) preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
