Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and organization of federal records and documents.
- Provide front-desk support and answer high-volume inquiries from the public and stakeholders.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate schedules and manage correspondence for federal program managers.
- Support internal audits and compliance reporting tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members across various departments.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for citizenship.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Background: Must be able to pass a standard background investigation and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours/week) with occasional overtime.
