Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll administration for federal employees, ensuring weekly pay cycles are accurate and timely.
- Provide expert guidance on federal benefits, compliance regulations, and HR policies to staff and management.
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to streamline HR operations and improve employee satisfaction.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity in accordance with federal security standards.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new federal personnel.
- Conduct audits of payroll records and benefits enrollment to ensure compliance with OPM regulations.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all federal positions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Federal Administration.
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations, including FLSA and OPM guidelines.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with senior government officials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
