Responsibilities
- Develop and implement healthcare policies aligned with VA regulations and veteran needs
- Analyze healthcare data to improve service delivery and patient outcomes

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, VHA directives, and federal procurement protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of federal healthcare administration experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Expertise in VA healthcare regulations and CMS compliance
- Proficient in healthcare data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SAS)
- Strong project management with PMP or VA equivalent certification
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
