Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain veteran electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA and VA policies
- Analyze healthcare data to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency

- Conduct audits and quality reviews of medical records

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field
- RHIA or RHIT certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare data management
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., VA VISTA, Epic)
- Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- U.S. citizenship required for federal position
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA background clearance
