Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain federal IT infrastructure to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive federal data and networks.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and technical support for federal clients and end-users.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security standards, and agency policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and processes.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for federal stakeholders and auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Proficiency in network administration, cloud computing, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
