Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems, networks, and hardware infrastructure.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.

Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
- Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in federal IT support or systems administration.
- Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation.
- Background: Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation.
