Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Conduct system security assessments and implement necessary compliance measures (FedRAMP).
- Configure and troubleshoot network hardware and software for agency clients.
- Analyze technical requirements and provide solutions for federal projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all system configurations and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support federal mission objectives.
- Respond to and resolve IT service tickets and technical support requests efficiently.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or network administration within a federal or government environment.
- Active Public Trust Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and network protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel to federal facilities as needed.
