Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the agency's federal IT infrastructure in Indianapolis.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data against threats.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal staff and stakeholders.
- Conduct system analysis to recommend software upgrades and hardware improvements.
- Collaborate with federal agencies to ensure strict compliance with OMB and FISMA guidelines.
- Manage project lifecycles for IT initiatives from conception to deployment.
Qualifications
- Active Public Trust clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in federal or civil service IT environments.
- Proficiency with cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure) and secure government networks.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and federal acquisition regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
