Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure across multiple federal facilities.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, resolving complex system issues efficiently.
- Implement and enforce rigorous cybersecurity protocols to ensure compliance with NIST standards and federal IT security policies.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and developers to design and deploy scalable IT solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- At least 1 year of specialized experience in IT system administration, network engineering, or technical support.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud computing technologies.
