- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to optimize system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative technology solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and change management logs.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and valid government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
