Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems and networks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Conduct daily system diagnostics and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy software systems.
- Prepare technical documentation and compliance reports for federal audits.
- Provide end-user support and training for department staff on new technologies.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets within the Las Vegas branch.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or civilian IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.
