Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to maintain compliance with NIST and FISMA standards.
- Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery protocols.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for agency personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems.
- Document technical processes and maintain detailed records of system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT operations or federal systems.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proficiency in network administration, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity protocols.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for inter-agency collaboration.
